Recebemos a seu contato via formulário. Assunto: Urgent Request: NHR status + Swiss Company Shares | Mensagem: Dear Sir or Madame, I have an urgent request and need consultancy asap. I am german, live in Lisbon, have the NHR status (since 2023) and am registered self-employed as of September 2025 (so I only pay 20% IRS and no Social Security for 12 months). I have a matter for which I would appreciate your consultancy, although I am not sure whether it falls within your area of expertise. 1. Swiss Company Shares I hold a small number of shares in a Swiss company that is now close to being sold - I work for the same company as a freelancer atm and invoice them every month, and teh shares are linked to that. The purchase agreement of the company has already been signed, and the closing is imminent. I hold two types of participation: VSOP (virtual shares) and actual company shares (0,05%). Are there any structures or specific rules that could apply and help me reduce my taxes in this situation? In particular, could my NHR status help me avoid paying the full 28% capital gains tax? I read something that for VSOP shares, it could be dealt with as income - so 20%. And for the real shares, since it is a Swiss company, so foreign capital gains, in certain cases it may be even 0%. 2. Monetary Gift from Switzerland In addition, a friend of mine—who is financially resident in Switzerland—wishes to make me a monetary gift. I think it should be only 10%, but I would need to be sure and what needs to be taking care of. No. 1 is very urgent, since the closing is happening atm and I need specific advisory whats the smartest way and what I need to be aware of and prepare. Could you help me with that? I would be very grateful if you could assist me with these matters and look forward to your response. I can send you more Info and documentation to prepare for a meeting. And please let me know about your pricing. Thank you very much! Kind regards, Joachim Harras Para continuar o atendimento, por favor clique no botão abaixo. | [Continuar]
