Dear Emmely Fernandes, My name is Rimsha Badar, Founder and Managing Director of Pacific Homes FZ-LLC, a real estate brokerage and property management company established in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (since 2019). I’m planning to expand Pacific Homes to Portugal via the D2 Entrepreneur Visa by forming Pacific Homes Portugal, LDA as a branch/subsidiary. I’d like to schedule a consultation regarding: 1. D2 visa eligibility and required documents (non-EU resident in UAE). 2. Company incorporation (LDA), tax number, bank account, and registered address. 3. Obtaining the IMPIC/AMI licence for real-estate brokerage. 4. Family reunification options for my mother and husband or could be shown as shareholders which ever is the fastest way. 5.
