Sammy van den Diepstraten

Hello dear Emmely, My name is Sammy van den Diepstraten, and I am co-founder of one, and with a bit of luck, soon two, sustainable, community-based and artistic tourism projects in Portugal. Both are designed as eco-villages that combine tourism accommodation, nature conservation, art, culture and community living. We are looking for legal support in several areas, including the purchase and due diligence of a new property we’ve got our eye on, tourism and real estate structuring, support in planning and licensing procedures for our existing project (we recently received our approved PIP), surface rights agreements and co-ownership structures within our projects, and ongoing guidance for all the different aspects of our eco-village developments in Portugal. We’re really looking for a partner who can help us navigate all these legal landscapes. We previously worked with another law firm in Portugal, but unfortunately some serious mistakes were made in that collaboration which almost cost us our project. We managed to recover some of it, and are now looking for new representation to carry us forward with confidence. I would love to explore a potential collaboration.
